The order process was easy - the arrangement that was delivered was missing the orchid that was part of the description, and it was the most meaningful flower for the recipients. After delivery, it was almost impossible to get through by phone. I e-mailed them as was able to talk to them. They delivered the missing orchids the following week, so it ended up great!
